Michael was awesome. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I wanted or where I wanted to be. He was patient as we went town to town looking at a variety of places. He was honest about places that were just no good and had ideas to help me visualize what spaces could be like for me. He explained every step of the process and when there were negotiations to be made I felt good about the choice and the advice that he gave.

Michael was a tremendous help right from the beginning on selling our house. He provided a comprehensive market analysis of the area, we didn't even realize how much we underestimated the market value of our house. He coached us how to prep the house, which aspects to pay more attention, and when was the right time to list it. We had two competing offers after only 4 days in the market. Eventually sold the house over asking price mostly because of Michel's coaching and advice. He would always answer our calls right away, spend time to answer in details all the questions we had and eventually drive the closure in timely and most advantageous way for us. We had three other real estate transactions in the past and by far Michael has been the best agent so far we had to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

Anthony goes above and beyond for his clients. He understands the real estate market, has numerous connections both in real estate and out, he is assertive and gets tasks done is a very timely fashion. I've bought several homes from him and each time is better and better. Highly recommended!

Michael was a great pleasure to work with on my home purchase. I worked with both him and another agent from his office, Jerry Kizy. They did a great job understanding what I was looking for in a house from both a comfort and financial perspective, and were always proactive about providing information to help me. They were able to help me find me a great deal on a house in a difficult market, and were great advocates on my behalf in the viewing, offering, and buying processes. I highly recommend Michael and Jerry for any home buyer, and especially was happy with their knowledge and understanding of a home being an investment in addition to a residence.
