I have worked with a couple of different agents with homes in the Lake Conroe area. I found some of them to be very full of themselves and lacking the knowledge to truly assist the buyer, let alone look after the buyers interest properly. I worked with an another agent on the very home we bought with Angelica. Angelica was able to help us get a much better deal saving us an additional $59k. She is a master class professional!

Angelica was always extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Whenever I texted her with a question, she replied within minutes, which gave me peace of mind. For example, when I wasn’t sure how to complete certain forms, she walked me through them step by step and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. On another occasion, I needed clarification about the next stage of the process, and even though she didn’t have the answer immediately, she quickly researched it and got back to me the same day with clear instructions. Her reliability and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable and attentive.
