I had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience working with Charisse Wiltz, a realtor associated with The Taylor Group. I initially contacted them regarding rental properties, and after being introduced to Charisse, I provided her with a list of properties I was interested in. Despite repeatedly stating that I was not interested in purchasing a home, Charisse continually pressured me to explore buying options. I explicitly told Charisse multiple times that I was only interested in renting and was downsizing due to financial limitations tied to my non-profit job. However, Charisse and her associate, AJ, introduced me to homes for sale, and they continued to pressure me to put down a deposit and move forward with purchasing a home. They led me to believe that the deposit was simply for loan qualification, but soon after, I received closing date information and was told that I was required to purchase the home because the deposit was non-refundable. As soon as Charisse and AJ had access to my salary and job information, I felt they took advantage of this and targeted me as an easy sale. Despite clearly expressing my disinterest in purchasing, they pushed forward with urgency and pressure. This whole experience has caused significant stress, even leading to health issues, including stress-related ulcers, which my doctor had to treat. I’ve lost more than 10 pounds as a result of the emotional toll this situation has taken on me. I feel that Charisse’s actions were unprofessional, unethical, and highly manipulative. She ignored my wishes, misled me about the nature of the deposit, and pressured me into a purchase I explicitly did not want. This experience has caused me a lot of distress, and I would not recommend working with Charisse Wiltz or any of her associates at The Taylor Group. Proceed with caution.

Starting from our first meeting with Adriane and her team, I was impressed by both her rapid and clear responses to my inquiries, and her depth of knowledge concerning strategies used to offer alternative solutions when we were faced by challenges. She was very good at managing my expectations as well. I have already referred her to one of my colleagues who is selling in the same neighborhood. I would definitely seek out her services again for my next real estate transaction.

Adriane, And Her Associate Jaime Maldonado, Both Were Extremely Helpful In Selling My House And Helping Me To Find A Condo. They Are Both Very Knowledgeable And Go Out Of Their Way To Be Helpful. I Highly Recommend Both Of Them !!!

I have been working with Adriane more than 7 years. She listed all my selling properties and always delivered successful results. She always works in a professional way and demonstrates high knowledge with the real estate in different areas. I see all the excellent characteristics for a realtor, hard working, patient, knowledgeable, friendly,…… as you name it. I will hire her as my dedicated realtor for the future.

Adriane did an outstanding job in assisting us with the sale of our son's home. While we were all here, our son and his wife were in two other states. Logistics nightmare handled with ease. Adriane went above and beyond the norm. Ask her about 5 people standing in a tub. She has a wealth of knowledge about the areas she works in and helped us to price the home at a realistic price to sell. Always positive and an aggressive go getter. If you have a home to sell or purchase, Adriane can help. We are so impressed with her level of professionalism, integrity and her attention to detail that we have signed up with her to sell another home and rent 2 others.
