Buying a house is a very stressful and long process. It is easy to get overwhelmed, especially if it is your first time. Melissa provides a calm, she guided me through the process masterfully. At every turn she is there to explain what is happening in terms that are easily understood. She takes in what it is that you want out of a home and shows you multiple options that are within your budget. Numerous times throughout my home purchasing she provided insightful counsel that led me to the perfect first home. I truly believe that if you are purchasing a home and have anyone but her you are at a disadvantage.

I thank The Heavens above, that Melissa Gomez came to my rescue when the time came to sell our family’s home of over 50 years. There were issues that I would not have known how to deal with, let alone fix so we could procure a clear title. Melissa was one of the few people we dealt with, who answered all of my calls and e-mails. Always giving me the confidence that we could overcome all of the issues, and we did. With Melissa’s assistance we were able to set a closing date, and then actually closed on said date. I can not fully express my thoughts of Melissa Gomez in this my first sell. Thank God for Melissa Gomez. I was truly impressed with her knowledge, expertise and negotiation tactics throughout this hole process.

Melissa Gomez was amazing throughout our entire homebuying experience. She was extremely patient, understanding and resourceful when it came to choosing locations, house- styles etc. She was always considerate of our budget and made suggestions based on our preferences. What we appreciated the most about Melissa was her unlimited availability and dedication to her job. Melissa truly loves what she does and it shows; no matter how many calls or texts, she made herself available to respond. She advocated for us limitlessly and made sure to keep us updated along the way. Our homebuying experience was a tough one, but with a realtor like Melissa, we finally got the house we wanted
