In a very slow market, Melinda and team worked tirelessly to market our home. There were numerous mailings, an open house almost every weekend (it was sold through an open house), and direct marketing. Melinda stayed in contact regularly and listened to our questions, concerns, etc as we went through the process. The end result was a sale at a very good price. We have used Melinda several times over the last five years and have never been disappointed.

I had a very nice condo in Lakeview I wanted to list. I soliceted the advice of friends who had positive experiences buying and selling their property and Melinda and her team came highly recommended. They put together a marketing program to get my home on the market and were very active in showing the property and holding open house showings. They have a very good network. My property sold in about 45 days with a lot of activity off the bat. I would recommend Melinda if your in the market to buy or sell.
