Melinda is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and extremely diligent, and worked with the seller and me in a fair and unbiased manner in this probate purchase. At times, the loan process seemed extremely overwhelming, to the point where I was about to walk away from the transaction. However, Melinda went above and beyond to walk me through it. There is no way I would have been able to do this without her professionalism. I am forever grateful to her. Even after the transaction, she has continued to help provide me with input when I asked for it. She is worth her weight in gold!
