I had the opportunity to work with Laura Dandoy and Marjorie Silva from “The Real Estate Resource Group” to buy my first home in Fontana, CA. I did not have any prior experience of buying a home; however, the way Laura and Marjorie helped me throughout the entire process on a daily basis with a set deadline to accomplish certain goals made this experience really enjoyable. From the day I started to working with Laura and Marjorie to today as I own my first home, I realize the extent of the depth of experience and knowledge of this business that Laura and Marjorie have garnered over the years to help people like me with this endeavor. I am sure future homeowners, irrespective of their experience with home buying, will benefit with working with Laura Dandoy and Marjorie Silva from “The Real Estate Resource Group”.

Great and wonderful experience working with Kathleen Magnaye and Laura Dandoy. I had worked with Kathleen two years ago with my first property in Upland and knew that I had to work with her again within the same area. The process was relatively easy and she was very quick with communicating any documents that were required as well as answering any questions that we may have had in such a timely manner. For such a daunting task of buying a home, Kathleen made everything feel very easy and stress free. Within a week of looking at houses, we were able to set a competitive offer for the house based on Kathleen’s expertise and got the offer accepted right away. I can't imagine working with anyone else and will definitely work with her again the next time I look for property around the Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and Claremont area.

We had a wonderful home buying experience with Laura in a tough market! She also helped put us in touch with a great mortgage officer that helped simplify our somewhat complicated mortgage financing situation. The reason why Laura is such a great agent is that she has built up strong relationships with all the important people involved in a house purchase. Other agents and mortgage officers know and respect Laura and they will pass on that trust to you as well. Given her vast experience with Claremont real estate, she can easily advise on whether homes are under- or over-valued and what the pros and cons of each location are. Laura's excellence extends to her whole team as well. We also had the pleasure of working with Kathleen Magnaye and received equally top-notch advice and attention. Even after finding your perfect new home, Laura continues to provide value during the negotiation and closing phase. We heartily recommend choosing Laura as your real estate agent!

Laura Dandoy performed well beyond our expectations. We were from out of state, selling my father's home in Upland, CA, looking for referrals and heard about Laura. She was immediately responsive to our request and met with us to discuss our need for an upcoming sale. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the neighborhood in which my father's home was located. While the home was older without many updates, Laura saw the intrinsic value in the neighborhood location and guided us to a favorable listing price. She facilitated open houses and showings which resulted in a perfect buyer for my father's home. The sale negotiations were efficiently coordinated through her Transaction Coordinator and then through their Escrow company to complete the sales transaction. I could not more highly recommend Laura Dandoy and her associates for a home sale.

We cannot say enough great things about Kathleen Magnaye from Laura Dandoy’s office. We met with Laura and Kathleen after deciding to relist our home for sale. Our original realtor prior to the relisting provided little to no communication and we received no offers. After listing with Laura’s office, we had six offers in no time but more importantly the communication was outstanding. Kathleen is an exceptional agent. On a scale from 1-10, we give her a 20! She never left things to chance. She always had her pulse on what was happening and we knew right away we could trust that she always knew what was occurring at each stage of the process. She stayed in constant contact with us, the buyer’s agents, the escrow office, and even the buyer’s mortgage broker. Kathleen is upbeat, patient and easy to talk to. She made us feel at ease and confident that we would have a successful close. We interviewed 5-6 realtors and we know we made the right choice in choosing this agency.
