My real estate experience with Melanie was outstanding! She assisted me in finding a home and getting it closed with three weeks. She is phenomenal at what she does in real estate. She gets involved helping you to find the house that you want and making sure that the client is satisfied throughout every stage of the buying process. She is quite knowledgeable in real estate and is truly a “go getter”. She is competent and very easy to communicate with. She also keeps one informed and up-to-date on what is happening various properties. If you are serious about buying or selling real estate, I highly recommend Melanie without any reservations. If anyone can get you what you want in real estate Melanie is that person. She is relentless and will do an outstanding job!!!!!

Melanie found us our perfect home last Winter and just found my parents their perfect home in my neighborhood!! Melanie takes the time to get to know her clients -she’s honest, always a text away, and follows thru with everything-even after closing! If you want a realtor you can trust -she’s the one!

Melanie is by far the most friendly, talented, professional agent you can find to sell your home. She offered the best communication and interaction while representing my wife and I in both the selling and buying processes. With Melanie, I truly felt like she prioritized our interests in not only finding us a home, but also with our complex closing negotiations! 10/10 will always recommend Melanie Fuller!

This review is well overdue, but I’ve been busy getting settled into my new home that wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for Melanie! From the beginning with me contacting her to inquire about purchasing, she has been an absolute gem! She was very responsive, answered all my questions, and was so positive throughout the whole process! Melanie was definitely a calm to my storm and reassured me that home buying was not impossible, even with my budget! Now a week in after closing, I can take a deep breath and enjoy the home that was waiting just for me! When I do this again in the future, there will be no questions asked about who I choose to represent me. I’ve not only gained an honest, trustworthy, and hardworking realtor, but I’ve indeed gained a friend! Oh and did I mention from beginning to end the whole process took less than 2 months?!
