Amanda was very professional and handled both my property sale as well as my property purchase. Some of which I was out of the country on vacation for. Her husband is a seasoned notary as well. In a word - Mela and her team are “AMAZING”. We moved from the Bay Area about 3 years ago - and without Mela, we would never have found our dream home. After only 1 or 2 meetings with her, she knew what we were looking for and she was able to comb through all the listings so we were only touring homes that she knew were right for us. This was critical for us as we were 2 hours away from the area and needed someone working on our behalf. After our tours, she sat down with us to walk us through what she thought were advantages and disadvantages of each property. This was huge, as it helped us understand what we were REALLY up against in terms of pricing, issues with the home and competitive buyers. As buyers that sometimes had rose-colored glasses, she gently said, "but make sure you look at this - or did you see that?" This process saved us money when making our offer. When we did find the home we wanted - she helped us draft our offer so we stood out above the rest and we got the home. During the 30 day escrow process, Mela and her staff helped us through all the closing process and we closed on time and on budget. The closing process is extremely stressful - it would have been horrendous had it not been for Mela and her staff’s hand’s on professionalism. Mela and her team did an excellent job of selling our estate home. From the beginning of the process we were provided with excellent guidance and referrals for making our property receive the best offer and we were Impressed at how quickly it sold. Mela knows the market in Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, and the surrounding area and has built connections that will help you get your property ready for sale. She is the reason you choose a Realtor to represent you as anything can happen during the sale and we relied on her throughout the listing, sale, and closing.
