Megan is a 20% rockstar realtor!!! I don’t think you could find another realtor who has a better working knowledge of the market and pulse on what buyers want. We met Megan 9 years ago when she found our Dunedin condo. We have kept in touch over the years. When we decided to sell our condo, Megan was our first choice. She’s always pleasant, knowledgeable, and responsive. When we visit Dunedin again, we hope to meet for lunch.
