Carey was chosen by my brother to work as our selling agent for a joint-owned property in Massachusetts. As both my sister and I are from out of state, we relied on my brother's decision with who would be our agent. He was living in the property in question at the time. Carey really surpassed my expectations. I was totally in the dark regarding local market, pricing- any and all information regarding real estate in central Massachusetts. Carey provided clear, concise and timely responses to all of my questions. We had several in depth conversations regarding pricing and marketability, and her communicating skills were wonderful- very warm, optimistic and above all honest. My trust in her, her advice and judgment was 100%. Really great client/agent relations. Needless to say our home sale was very successful. Based on my experience, in every way I would give Carey a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up!

She found me a home in about 2 weeks, and helped me all the way. She is knowledgeable and kind. Even helped me so much after I was even moved in. She works miracles for sure!

Working with Matt and Carey was probably the best experience we have ever had. Using SRS to sell our home was the best decision we have made yet. From the moment we met Matt and Carey we felt heard, appreciated and excited for the home selling process. It made it so much easier seeing Matt and Careys excitement for selling our house. The staging process was incredible. We never knew our house looked so good. The photos and video were done professionally with a little bit of fun. Matt and Carey went above and beyond from start to finish. They were always available for any questions or concerns. Jenn has helped me regarding all things real estate over the course of the past year. Jenn Mccune is amazing. There is nobody better to have in your corner. I am convinced that we would never have gotten a house in this crazy market if it wasn’t for her. She was so helpful and available for each and every question we had about the homes we were interested in (and there were a lot). We bought a house sight unseen from across the country with Jenn and there was no one else I would have trusted more than her. She has so much knowledge in the construction and maintenance of a home and she was able to steer us away from homes that wouldn’t be a good fit for our family. She also fought hard for any house we wanted to offer on. She made phone calls and follow ups and was in constant communication with the sellers to make our offers as competitive as they could be. Jenn is professional but in such a friendly way. She was personable and stood out to the other agents as memorable when they’d see her again. During our search, we came across a few other agents and Jenn was the best fit in every way. We are really lucky we found her. She is positive and hard working and it never felt like she was holding us back in any way. Jenn’s hustle has to be unmatched. She was willing to drop everything to view a house that popped up on the market just so that we wouldn’t miss out on an opportunity. She would respond to my texts any time of the day and never made me feel like the crazy client I’m sure I was. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. By the time we bought our house, everyone in our family knew Jenn. She felt like our best friend and we are so grateful to have been connected with her. There’s no one better.
