Matt helped our family find and buy a home in S. Carlsbad. He initially showed us the off market property that we ultimately purchased 6 months later, after it was remodeled and officially listed. There were many homes showed in between. Matt has patience, since we were picky and our price range wide. He is a family man but always found the time to be available. He is respectful, professional and an overall likable person. His support team at Shafran were always willing to help.

Matt is a terrific realtor. He is extremely responsive, trustworthy, patient and a great negotiator. No issue or problem is too big or small for Matt. He knows the area very well and he helped us find a beautiful home. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Matt Sorensen scores a 100%. I cannot recommend him enough. We gave up on looking for a home until we met Matt. He is supremely talented in all areas needed to help us find, negotiate and purchase our dream home. He treated us like family. No detail or question was ever too small for him to fully explain and help answer. He brought masterful knowledge of the market and was an ease to work with from introduction through closing. He and his team were always in contact with us, expertly guiding us every step of the way. We closed on our home months ago and Matt still checks in to make sure everything is going well. Buying a home in San Diego is beyond tough; do yourself a favor and work with Matt.
