Matt is phenomenal. If you're looking for a down-to-earth, professional, enthusiastic, and insightful agent, Matt is your guy. This wasn't our first home-buying experience, so we had a decent idea of the process and what we were looking for. Even still, Matt exceeded our expectations; we had questions and each house we toured brought up new considerations - Matt was so helpful through every step of the process. I've worked with Matt three times now. He's always been helpful and reliable. As a buyer's agent he showed me places that fit what I told him I was looking for. He told me when he thought places were over or underpriced and advised me as to what would be a reasonable offer to make. As a seller's agent he orgonized frequent showings and kept me updated. All together working with him has been great.

We spent 6 months with another realtor and were unable to get under contract. After just about 1 month working with Matt we were under contract. Matt is great at establishing relationships and opening up a dialogue with the sellers. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends and family.
