Brandi was really one of a kind. With moving from out of state, we were super unfamiliar with the area we were interested in looking at, and Brandi was super helpful with showing us around! With being first time home buyers also, we were nervous with learning the entire process, but Brandi made that process super easy! She was super communicative, and would explain every little thing to us! Very good negotiator as well! We appreciated Brandi so much and I know you would too!

Brandi was extremely professional, cooperative, helpful, and kindful. I talked to multiple realtors in Nashville and none of them were as kind as her she genuinely wanted to know everything we were looking for and took the time to show us multiple properties on such short notice and in the span of talking to her within 24 hours. I seriously am going to recommend Brandi to all my friends and family, including colleagues. There is no other agent you should work with besides Brandi. No matter the time of the day or hours we contacted her she was always so responsive. Brandi always wants the best for her clients & will be recommending her to my friends and family. Brandi was amazing!! We bought from out of state and she was very accommodating when we came into town to look at homes. When we found “the one”, Brandi knew exactly what to do, she was always available when we had questions or concerns. Brandi is very persistent and amazing at negotiating. I highly recommend her.

This was the third time our family called on Travis and his expertise. First, one of our daughters moved to Tennessee and Travis helped her find her perfect home in Thompson's Station. Then three years later he helped our second daughter and her family find their beautiful home (with desired property) in Spring Hill. It was a cinch, he was the one to call when we were ready to retire and leave NY. Travis listened to what we wanted, where we wanted it and helped us do tours virtually when he thought there was something we would like. He took my daughters to homes and whenever we were in TN, he made time for us. We found our perfect home last August. Travis communicated with us through texts, emails and phone calls. He was always there and eased our concerns as we held our closing from NY. We counted on him and he totally came through for us. Three times, all charms!!!
