Matt is awesome! He will point out things to new home buyers that can be missed even with inspection, he takes his time explaining unfamiliar or outdated things. He was great helping us find our first home, as well as selling and buying our second home!!

Everyone I worked with in this agency was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Pivec and his team in buying a house in the Baltimore area, including receiving excellent recommendations for estimates of home-repair costs from recommended technicians. They are knowledgeable about issues specific to Baltimore and the surrounding area, which was very helpful.
