My wife and I were looking to move to Sarasota, so we searched for a Sarasota realtor and found Matt on YouTube. Matt did a fantastic job helping us with our Sarasota home search. He is very knowledgeable and was able to show us what we were looking for. He helped us through every step of the process and was very responsive to all our questions. If you are looking to move to the Sarasota area I would highly recommend him!

While searching for a real estate agent in the Sarasota area, I was instantly drawn to Matt's professionalism and attention to detail while watching his YouTube series on Sarasota Real Estate. I quickly reached out and pitched Matt our dream home vision and he immediately went to work. Within days Matt had leveraged his strong relationship with multiple Sarasota builders to provide us several options within our price point, and preferred locations. We entered a contract on a new construction home after only one week working together, and couldn't have done it without his connections and ability to quickly negotiate our wishes. Our relationship didn't end there, however. Matt has continued to check-in on my wife and I and even attends walkthroughs and inspections on our behalf. He's always there to answer questions and give us advice to make our transition to Sarasota as easy as possible. Matt has my utmost respect and highest recommendation, and I truly consider him a friend. If you’re looking for a talented real estate agent in Sarasota look no further.

We found Matt through his YouTube channel as we were researching the Sarasota area. As out of state buyers, we needed someone who knew the area, neighborhoods and builders and Matt definitely fit the bill. Matt and his team (Tammi and Patty) made the buying process simple and seamless from start to finish and they were quick and knowledgeable with any questions we did have. We definitely recommend Matt and his team.

I am writing this review to highlight Matt's exceptional knowledge and performance as our realtor. My wife and I most likely would've never found our current home site, had it not been for Matt's clever review and legwork into our community. This is our first build and we owe every step of the way in finding and building our dream home to his familiarity of the area, knowledge construction builders, adaptation of the Real Estate Market, and his passion of the industry. Additionally, Matt was always available to answer all our questions and provide sound advice that put our minds at ease. He checked in us often throughout the entire duration of purchasing/building process and made it to every milestone inspection to be there by our side. Started talking with Matt after finding his thorough videos on YouTube. We had dreams of building from scratch and had very specific wants, but we didn't want to wait a year or more. Identified several homes throughout the area we liked, but none were PERFECT. Matt was able to use his relationships to get us on a purchase agreement in a less than 24 hour turnaround time for quick move-in which will be ready in 3 months in a highly sought after area! Without Matt we would be looking for months and who knows if we'd ever find the right one. Matt took ALL the stress out of trying to find a home and move over 1,000 miles. Matt made our family's dreams come true!! If you are serious about finding your home, Matt is the only one you should work with.
