I had a great experience working with Kate. Even though my plans ended up changing and I had to move out of state, she took the time to walk me through the home buying process and answer all of my questions. We spoke several times about different condo options, and she was always knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond. I really appreciated how approachable and honest she was. Kate genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing locally, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.

Kate is hardworking, trustworthy, and very detail-oriented. She took the time to help me understand the market while I was exploring a move to Wisconsin and was always willing to answer many of my questions. She was able to provide a variety of options that helped me pinpoint the area that would work best for me personally.
