Austin was proactive, responsive, and knowledgable. He took me to all corners of the surrounding area and learned quickly what my requirements and preferences entailed and updated the list of potential options accordingly. My family hired CC as our Realtor for two transactions - buying a condo and selling a house. She was proactive and responsive throughout the process for both. CC explained documents and procedures thoroughly in response to all the questions we had. She communicated with us regularly, even though I had to travel during the "crunch time" of negotiating offers. She coordinated a very professional team of supporters who helped with challenges ranging from advice on fixes to make and staging the home to consideration of offers in relation to market conditions, and even how to get rid of extraneous "stuff" as part of our move.
