We recently closed on our dream home in just nine days, all thanks to Alissa Facciolo! Amanda was great and helpful every step of the way. Very responsive to any question and needs. Worked quickly to take care of any issues that came up during the process. I would definitely recommended her to anyone buying a house.

Talia is a wonderful person. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about the local area and real estate markets. She is a smart negotiator in offering biding process and a thoughtful helper try to fight for our best interest. During the whole house shopping process in last couple months, she has been advised us so much in every possible way. She will definitely be the person go for.

Talia did such an amazing job helping us find our home! She provided us with so much knowledge on all the sections of Wilmington and what each one has to offer. As new home buyers we had almost no knowledge on all the inter workings of a house and she was able to explain it to us, but also teach us how to see or how different systems work in the house. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience with buying a house, and Talia was amazing with walking through all the steps with us!
