Matt and his team make buying a house so smooth. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and time consuming. The Engen group strive to take this off of you through excellent communication and listening to your needs. Matt and his team are honest and will tell you if this is the best home for you and your family. Their patience they showed with our family with finding a house was amazing. Never trying to push you in any direction. The Engen Team truly cares that you are happy with the home you choose. Finally Matt and his team have a great sense of humor which is so awesome when you are stressed and at times can feel overwhelmed. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and a delight to work with! This is the second home purchase we’ve worked with Brian on and we feel incredibly grateful for all he does throughout the process and after! He is truly a Pro and always makes a complicated process seem simple and approachable.

Brian was definitely on my team. He provided insight and honest advice without feeling pushy. I put in several offers before we got one accepted. He stayed with me for the whole process. When I did finally get an accepted offer, he recommended a sewer inspection due to the long distance the house was from the street (175ft) BOY AM I GLAD HE DID. Best $79 I ever spent. They found it was 100% destroyed and he got the entire thing addressed before closing. Another titling issue came up with an unsealed well on the property that he also negotiated hard and got them to seal it with certification before the closing. I loved his service so much that I recommended him to my daughter who closed on a condo with him 1 month after my house!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Brian Gallagher and the Matt Engen Group. Brian is an AWESOME agent! He always picked up the phone and responded to my emails and texts swiftly. He was proactive about letting me know what to expect every step of the way when selling my home. He made sure my buyers didn't nickel & dime me on inspection items and went to bat for me during the negotiations - even getting me more than my asking price. He always put my interests first. We put my house on the market the very weekend that COVID-19 became a reality in Minneapolis and Brian was a calming and reassuring presence throughout the very uncertain times that followed. From the initial meeting to the closing and my move, Brian was there, always willing to lend a hand. He's knowledgeable, personable, professional, thoughtful, conscientious, direct, honest, dedicated - all qualities you want in your real estate agent. He knows the market and sold my house in 2 days - without any open houses! And importantly, he deals very well with anxious clients during global pandemics. If that's not a true test of a realtor's strengths, I don't know what is!
