Rebecca can not handle any negative feedback and is very spotty with her communication. As a seller, it took her close to a week to get a For Sale sign in my yard, and did not know an important fact about my home that was clearly stated in my disclosure a month after it was listed. When I wanted out and my home delisted, her communication was very poor. Initially she stated she wanted $1,000 to get out of the contact. I drove up from IL to pay her off, and her story changed. She then stated there may be legal fees involved. After learning of my negative review, she got vindictive and upped it to $3,000 and wanted my negative review taken down and me to not have any other negative reviews. ??. Her Broker was just as useless.

Look no further than Becky as you'll be wasting your time! Becky will literally 'hold your hand' and treat you like family. Super knowledgeable, super warm and friendly, and will physically and mentally work for you. She sold our home in 24 hours. Very highly recommended and we would work with her again and again in a heartbeat! Last but not least, she has extremely educated and equally as warm and helpful people working with her such as Ms. Courtney Atkinson who went out of her way to help us through the process!

I was impressed with Becky on our first meeting, I feel we were both on the same page initially and throughout the sale and closing. She surrounds herself with people equally adept like Courtney to keep you always informed with the status and with the entire process of selling a property. Whether selling or buying, I don’t believe you could find anyone that will work harder for you interests. 100% recommend!
