Jax Burgess is an outstanding real estate agent. We asked her to list our townhome during a trying time. My mom was terminally ill. We had just bought a new house and we were trying to sell another house at the same time at the shore. She made us feel like we were her only clients. Our house needed quite a bit of work and she told us exactly what we needed to do to get the price we needed for the house. The day the house went on the market, she hosted multiple open houses back to back, was available 24 seven to answer our questions, and even got quotes for repairs on our behalf. She made the process so easy for us that we didn’t have to worry about anything with this house. It was amazing because I had to take some time off to take care of my mom before she passed and I really couldn’t take any more days off to deal with the sale. We really appreciate Jax’s years of experience and depth of knowledge that she displayed throughout the process. We highly recommend Jax if you are needing to sell a home!

I had an amazing experience working with Mandy Fredericks and The Murphy Group. I met Mandy when she worked with my sister to find her home. She is incredibly warm, kind, knowledgably and professional. Working with Mandy is like working with family. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful but Mandy and her team made the process effortless. Dalila Dabon was very responsive and helped me stay on top of all the task that needed to be completed to sell my home.
