We originally bought our house in 2022. John and his team were assigned to us by our relocation company when we took a job assignment in NJ. Through that process, John and his team were knowledgeable and professional, guiding us with care and professionalism. Jump ahead nearly 3 years to the day and a job transfer comes along. The relocation company will assign two random agents we don't know. Instead, we insist that we can hire John to sell our home. As expected, John jumped to the task. He guided us through the corporate relocation selling process with ease. He assisted in staging the home, advised us on strategic pricing, provided invaluable guidance about negotiations in light of the recent law and procedural changes. He even produced a TV commercial! The end of the story resulted in an easy sale and the top price in the neighborhood. If you want the best - call John and his team. You will not be disappointed.

Highly dissapointed! When we first met with John everything was going well. He was on time, friendly and told us about the legal side of selling a house - what no other realtor had done. So we decided to work with him. When the time for the photo shoot came around, he was over 30 min late without any notice and my husband and son where left sitting in the car waiting for him with 5 pets at smoldering temperatures. Even the photographer had no idea where John was. The so called "staging" was grabbing stuff off of the counter and literally throwing it in the oven to hide it... When we had to postpone the sell of our house due to personal reasons, John didn`t even give us the courtesy of acknowledging our decision nor did he return our house key! We would have kept him on as our realtor, but clearly he wasn`t interested in selling our house a year later...and we are still waiting for our house key to be returned to us!

Patricia did a wonderful job listing and selling my condo in Mount Laurel. She helped me determine the initial listing sale price, and assisted me to decide which preparation work would be most advantageous to do before listing it for sale. She had access to local contractors as needed. Patricia's back office support of Sam and Carol were also excellent in assisting with the listing paperwork, photos and settlement details. My condo sold quickly and the sales process went smoothly. I highly recommend Patricia for your real estate needs.

Markie helped us sell our home that we owned for over 25 years and we are extremely difficult to please but with Markie's professionalism from day one she assisted & guided us 100%. Markie went above & beyond and always available to answer any questions and/or concerns. She really took us under her wing and we always felt we were her first priority in the selling process. Markie's is very knowledgable, honest and patient with both the seller (us) and the buyer and making sure everything was done the right way. My wife and I were referred to Julie through family members who worked with her to purchase their home and she came highly recommended.
