Ian was absolutely fantastic! We were trying to buy a house in NJ while living in St. Louis, MO and he made the process seamless. Between coordinating FaceTime meetings with me, showing my mom properties, and working with my dad and husband on inspections, he juggled a lot of us and never even flinched. He made a very stressful process as simple as possible and I am so grateful we found him! I cannot recommend Ian enough!

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jody to not only buy a new home, but to sell our existing property. Now that the dust has settled on both purchase and sale, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Selling our house was a breeze, Jody priced us fairly and marketed our home skillfully. We had over 30 showings in one weekend and were locked in on a buyer in 3 days, and over ask! Amy was absolutely amazing and made the purchase of my home possible! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Amy made herself available whenever I wanted to go look at houses and always answered her phone day or night to answer my questions! Amy has no issues with going above and beyond for her customers and I really appreciate her! I love Amy's work ethic, thoroughness and her dedication to her customers. I appreciate all that she did for my family and myself! I even decided to sell my 2nd home and asked Amy if she would be the selling agent! Thank you for all you do Amy!

Jody was really great to work with throughout our first home buying process! We were buying from out of state, and she was so patient and kind, attending multiple showings for us virtually so we could see potential homes from afar. She worked with our schedules (part of the time with one of us being overseas!) and was always very responsive for any questions or concerns that came up. She was very knowledgeable about the process, which we definitely needed as first time home buyers! She always provided very valuable insights into different areas of New Jersey where we were looking, which of course was extremely helpful for us since we are not from the area. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in NJ!

I don’t even know where to start. Working with Theresa was a blessing for our family to say the least. We began our search for a new home in October 2023, a notably rough time for real estate. We didn’t make it easy with our wish list, and we threw her another curveball when we changed our search to an even more competitive location. Theresa handled any hurdles with grace and humor, and we finally landed a home in our dream town, with an offer accepted in February of 2024. Searching for a forever home in a challenging market with a toddler in tow is an exercise in patience, and Theresa made the experience not only tolerable, but enjoyable. I cannot recommend Theresa enough. She is our real estate fairy godmother!
