My brothers and I recently listed our mother's house for sale, as our mom had passed away. Alicia was our realtor and listed the house as an estate sale. The property needed updating, so it was listed "as is" by Alicia. The house sold in 4 days with 57 showings and 22 offers. We got $35,000 over asking. Through the whole process, Alicia kept us informed. Alicia was very knowledgeable and professional, but she is also very kind and funny and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Alicia and her great team to sell your house. You won't be sorry.

Alicia was a great realtor to work with! She answered all of my questions as a first time buyer. She helped me find my first home, and was always very responsive and helpful along the whole process from looking at many different homes to closing on my home. I always felt that she was looking out for my best interest.
