My brothers and I recently listed our mother's house for sale, as our mom had passed away. Alicia was our realtor and listed the house as an estate sale. The property needed updating, so it was listed "as is" by Alicia. The house sold in 4 days with 57 showings and 22 offers. We got $35,000 over asking. Through the whole process, Alicia kept us informed. Alicia was very knowledgeable and professional, but she is also very kind and funny and easy to talk to.
