I've used Mary for two real estate transactions, and she always provides comprehensive white-glove service. She brings exceptional marketing and management skills as well as a deep network of service providers to execute on anything that needs to be done. In the latest transaction, we were in a tough market for sellers, but Mary still brought in 11 offers, many over the asking price -- much better than I had ever expected. I had lots to fix, update or move for the sale and Mary and her team helped with all of it. She invested an incredible amount of time and seemed to be available round the clock -- couldn't have done any of it without her and couldn't be happier.

We recently sold our Bellevue home above asking price just 5 days after listing! Mary was great in guiding us through the process from start to finish and her approach really works. She helped us understand what was important to update and repair before going on the market and how best to present our house. We recently completed our third real estate transaction with Mary’s support and it couldn’t have gone smoother.
