Mary Kathryn was really the best ! She helped us secure financing and negotiated our deal flawlessly. Highly recommend her t anyone looking for a home. What I personally liked is when we wanted to look she ALWAYS was willing to meet even when it wasn't convenient. She went over and above as needed !!

We were moving from out of state and had only one week to look at homes. Mary Kathryn showed us around 50 homes and was patient with us through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to either sell you a home, or to sell your home. She jumps in with both feet for her clients and gives you her all, which makes for a very pleasant experience.
