Lee came to the home and told us right away what it would sell for. Gave us right information on how to get the home ready to get the most out of it. Had a plumbing problem Lee was able to set us up with a great company that did a great job fast and was very good on price. Lee answered all of the ? We had was we went a long and could be reached at any time. Lee listing was right on the money and brought many people in to the home. Lee is into helping people sell homes and not just for the money he makes. We sold the home for what we needed to get from it and just what Lee said we would. Lee knows how to sells homes and be a wonderful help to his customers. I would only Us Lee to buy or sell my next home.

Our experience with Lee Holtzman spanned many years and several homes. It began in 2003 after an airplane crashed into our home. Prior to that the home was for sale and in the 10 day option period. It was pulled off the market and totally renovated. Lee cold called me to ask if he could list it. He sold it almost immediately in a down seller's market and easily overcame the airplane crash stigma. He then helped us find the home of our dreams in Highland Village, TX. where we lived for 11 years. When we decided to move to our retirement home, Lee sold the Highland Village home almost before it even went on the market! In addition to that, he put us in touch with a realtor who sold us a home on Cedar Creek Lake. Lee is so professional and personable that it was a pleasure doing business with him. On several occasions, he went above and beyond to help us make the sale and purchase of homes so effortless. He knows the area, has lived there for years and is a repeat top producer with Remax. Lee has not only helped us professionally, but has become a good friend.

Lee worked with us in finding not only a rental home but selling our existing home. He worked tirelessly to help us out and we could not be happier. He has great negotiating skills and found us just what we were looking for. He also got us numerous offers on our home we were selling until he found just the right buyer for us. We will use him again in the future for sure!
