Amy was fantastic! She located many local resources when we needed repairs for the rental duplex we were selling. We had a small snafu with the way we had to close but it was out of Amy's control but she was quick to connect us with someone to help us finalize the sale with the least amount of impact on us financially.

Amy did an excellent job helping us navigate the sale of our home. With 6 generations of our family having made memories at the Homestead the transition was beyond difficult. With her kind and gentle direction that family home was sold with the least possible drama ever imagined. Amy was quick to reply to our questions, was a great help problem solving through out the process. My family and I were able to say goodbye to our Homestead and move forward with good memories tucked away, and our realtor was a part of what made that possible. Amy was professional, available, and helpful beyond our expectations.

Amy did a great job of communicating with us and keeping us informed on the process of selling our home. She was timely in relaying offers to us and also getting our house on the market in the time frame we wanted. She went the extra mile for us in setting up a notary for us to complete the closing process from the other side of the country.

Amy did an excellent job when it came to helping us sell our previous home and purchase our forever home. She was very responsive and helped answer any questions that came up throughout the process. She also helped encouraged us to negotiate with the sellers of the home we purchased helping us secure a better deal.
