My wife and I were moving from out of state and happened to find Marjorie by chance, and we’re so glad we did. She worked around our schedule for showings and was patient while we were still in the process of selling our previous home in this slow sellers market. Marjorie knows the Elbert County area inside and out, which made us feel confident in our search. When it came time to put in an offer, she fought hard for us and negotiated a deal we were really happy with. After inspections she negotiated the necessary repairs with the sellers and coordinated to have the work completed within our quick closing window. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
