I would Recommend Mario Avalos because he is a professional and knowledgeable agent he was always willing to helps us with any questions that we had. The property was a rental property we had repairs and deliveries to be done at the property several time we needed Mario or his assistant to be available for deliveries which was very helpful Mario also kept us updated on the closing process.
