Miss Joyce, Went above and beyond to make our first home purchase, painless and easy to navigate. Very friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect. Always there to give advice and knowledge when we had no idea how the process worked. We were able to get our first home in about a month which was exciting! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

She got my property sold in a very slow market. I was very impressed ! She knows a lot of people and how to market every kind of property . I would definately use her again. She was always there when i need to talk . It wasn't just about getting the listing. She really wanted to help me sell the property. Marilyn doesn't just put up a sign and hopes someone responds. She comes with a plan to sell your house. She keeps you informed and she responds when you call her. Would highly recommend this lady.

Marilyn was great to work with. Her availability and responsiveness were excellent. She found the perfect house for our specific needs and she helped us get a great price on a house in Temple, TX. She was very helpful getting us the extra things we needed for the house as well.
