Working with Sandee was wonderful ! Marketing is her niche! What a go getter!! Her commitment to marketing our property was up and beyond! She kept in contact with us and let us know what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommend her team!!

We had our house with another realtor who couldn't even get us traffic, much less a sell it. Sandee came to us after the listing was dropped with a full plan on how we would sell our house. Additionally I felt the previous price was under priced for the sq ft of the house. Sandee was the only of 3 realtors we interviewed who agreed, and we went UP 15k when we relisted the house with Sandee. There was a 50k difference between Sandee and what the others we interviewed had for a price on the house. But Sandee was convinced she could sell it and we gave her a chance. When we put the house up for sale in March we had lots of traffic then BOOM covid-19 hit. That did not stop Sandee from getting our house sold! By mid-April we had an offer and while it wasn't full asking price it was well above the original asking price we had put with the 1st realtor. Some of the things I LOVED about Sandee was that if I asked a question, she would always give me her professional opinion. From pricing to curtain she would let us know what she thought was the best for us. I appreciated that from her. Second she was always available. If I wanted to pass something by her I would just text or IM her and she would call me back shortly so we could talk. Third, her initial pictures, videos and walk through were marketing 401. She has this stuff down pat!! She's way ahead of her contemporaries and it showed in how much traffic and interest we had in our house. Sandees personality is great to be around. She's business, but she's very friendly with all she meets. You will not be disappointed picking her to sell your house!

It was awesome having Sandee as our agent in the purchase of our home. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She worked with my crazy schedule and extremely short notice time frames too have houses ready to view. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Sandee has informed us everytime we had a showing and helped us through the process. She had our house sold while the house was trashed. That should tell you she knows what she is doing.

Sandee was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend her over any conventional brokers as you will save thousands as well as receive the best service any agent can provide. I know from experience as we were able to sell our home in one day using Sandee. Just great work and awesome personality. Easy to work with. I do highly recommend. Very professional.
