Marie-noelle is a very well prepared, diligent, conscientious real estate agent. She's very invested in making sure her clients understand every aspect of the home buying process. In fact, she created her own informative, educational step-by-step guide to help her clients better understand the process, so they would not be left in the dark. She's very informed, a good communicator, and will always help you out if you get stuck in the loan process, or have a problem that confuses you? She's very good with people, negotiating, getting others to compromise, helping you reach the next step in your home buying goal. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent! She has a strong work ethic, will go to bat for you, and provide a listening ear to her clients. She cares a lot about helping people, and has great empathy for others, which is rare in this business! You're not just another number in her book! In addition, we were so thankful for all of Marie-Noelle’s resources; she provided a great stager, landscapers, carpet cleaners, and house-cleaners to get our home sale-ready.
