Margend is genuine and always has a positive attitude. There were no hidden fees. He guided us step by step on how to market our condo and even provided an appraisal at no cost to us! He is an expert in his field. He listened to our needs and had our best interest as a priority. He was great at follwing up and returning calls. Since we live in Chicago, Margend was our eyes and made sure inspections and repairs were completed before every deadline. Margend found us anexcellent tenant in less than 2 weeks!
