Madeline was amazing for me and my family from day one to closing! The market was pretty tough and we got lucky and found our 1st home! When we were house hunting in a crazy market we made 3 offers that were all passed over, but our realtor kept working so hard to make sure we found the perfect place to plant our family! We bought our new construction home in 2021 with Madeline Smallwood as our amazing realtor & she taught us so much! She prepared us to ask the questions that would be so important & explained all the contracts & documents we were signing! We are thankful she taught us to ask if blinds, gutters, sod & a fence were included when we bought our home & advocated for us!! You are so good at what you do!! After a year in our dream home, she still sends thoughtful mail, treats & house gifts throughout the year! The Christmas ornament she made us brought me to tears! 1st home!! We adore Madeline & you will too - she is the BEST realtor in NWA!

Madeline was the ideal person to work with. She helped us both buy and sell a home. My husband and I had never done either of those things and she was always confident, efficient, organized, kind, and informative. She was always excited about the successes and remembered us even after the ‘job’ was over. She was personable and a joy to talk to and work with. I would choose her a million times over. She made the whole intimidating process simple and I will be forever thankful for that.
