In 2020 my wife and I began the search for our first home. We had no clue what we were doing. We found Lucyna and she made our home buying experience all the easier. From late night phone calls to weekend showings, Lucyna made herself available day or night to provide us guidance by leveraging her years of experience. For those who know, 2020 was a wild time in the housing market but we felt we were in good hands with Lucyna. Eventually, we found our dream home and sped through our closing process. If your ever in need of a broker, looking to explore or simply curious about the market I highly recommend Lucyna Wrucha. My husband and I relocated from NY to be closer to family and connected with Lucyna. Ultimately decided to work with her to brainstorm what we were needing a year in advance. We knew the market was changing daily but had to start planning. Almost a year passed before we were actively looking at homes with Lucyna. She was willing to work with our schedules which many would find challenging at times. Lucyna never showed any signs of frustration or suggested we needed to have more availability. She worked around our schedules and the process from beginning to end was seamless! Lucyna was able to find us a home that had what we were looking for and even suggested things that we hadn’t considered. She was genuine and truly listened to our needs.

Lucyna was amazing to work with! This was our first time buying a home and she helped us every step of the way.
