Lisa and her team were incredible throughout our home-buying journey. They guided us through the complexities of purchasing a foreclosure — even after a previous realtor strongly discouraged us from pursuing the property. Lisa was willing to put in the work, advocate for us, and ultimately helped us land our first home. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and strong negotiation skills made a huge difference. We are so glad that we had found Kaitlin to help us buy our first home! Kaitlin was reliable, always on time, and prepared. If we sent her a house we were interested in seeing, she was always quick to respond. Even when she was out of town, she answered our texts and made sure someone on her team could get us in to see prospective homes. When it came time to submit offers, she talked us through our options and explained how to be competitive in a crazy market. We know that we could not have gotten our dream home without her. As first time homebuyers we were overwhelmed, and Kaitlin was wonderful at talking us through the process and providing advice and referrals.

Kaitlin was great to work with. Even though I wasn’t ready to list immediately, she stayed in contact with me to ask how things were going and showed real concern for me as I did my preparations for my sale. She also knew a lot about the area and kept my realtor in my new area apprised of how things were going too, so that took a lot of stress off of me. She was realistic about the price and kept me apprised of progress consistently and with necessary details. She also was able to ensure the sale went through, even though a last minute issue (my fault) almost delayed it. I enjoyed working with Kaitlin very much.

Kaitlin is a fantastic realtor! My wife and I were buying our first home, so we were unfamiliar with the process. She explained everything every step of the way and even shared her contacts for people to do all of the inspections and repairs. She even set up the appointments with them for us and always checked the price and compared against several to find the most affordable for us. She even gave us a nice gift on closing day. We definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone who will really think of you first before the sale. If we ever sell our home, we will have Kaitlin as our realtor again.
