Lindsey has been the absolute best. She is extraordinarily dependable, and has been immediately responsive to both me and my wife even when we're texting/calling at different times about different things throughout the day. She was never unavailable, which is insane, because I really talk a lot through every detail and she always had the time for me. A real friend to have throughout the whole process, and is still providing the same top notch support to both of us after having been in our home for a month now. It is evident she keeps great relationships with other professionals, which will continously benefit any client she represents because everyone is happy to work with her. Incredible work, keeps your stress low, makes each step of the process as enjoyable as it can be, vast knowledge surrounding anything home related and beyond, and if she doesn't know something she doesn't pretend to and will lead you to someone with the answer. Not sure who would read this and keep looking elsewhere, you won't find a more trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hardworking agent than Lindsey!

Lindsey is amazing! She helped us buy our house 4 years ago. When life took us in another direction, she was the first and only realtor I reached out to help us sell. Prior to going on the market, she suggested where the house could use some TLC. I am so glad we took her advice, because we got $15k over asking and received the offer within the first weekend! Couldn't be happier and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor that has your best interest as top priority and extensive knowledge to help navigate the whole process. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each step of the process goes smoothly.

Lindsey was wonderful from beginning to end! I was very nervous about selling my house since I would be moving out of town in the middle of the process. Lindsey assisted with the coordination of all vendors to ensure my home was in tip top shape to sell. This being a home which has been in my family for decades, it was more than just a transaction and carried quite a bit of emotional weight. Lindsey showed great respect for my feelings and always gave time for pause where needed. There were literally no issues with the process at all. When it came to reviewing the multiple offers on my home, Lindsey was patient as we debated the merits of each offer. If I had a single complaint, it would only be that I was not able to have Lindsey assist me with purchasing my new home.

Lindsey is an enthusiastic, strategic and knowledgeable realtor. She helped us find our first home and we are so pleased with how smooth the experience was, despite a few hiccups with the seller. It was easy to have honest conversations with her about what we liked and what we didn’t and we never felt pressure to settle. She has a wealth of experience and helped point out things first time homebuyers might not know or ask about. When it came time to make an offer, she laid out all possible options for us and we worked closely with her and our lender to make the best decision based on our goals and budget. She was very communicative as we navigated the seller’s counter and she helped us make some wise decisions that ended up helping us get the house. During our final walk through and settlement, Lindsey really shined. Her clear, confident, and kind communication style with the sellers and their representative took away the stress of closing. In the end, we walked away with a great deal and a beautiful home. Lindsey was available for any and all questions and scenario planning the entire time - even after we closed - and if she didn’t have the answer, she had a person who did. We would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her as a realtor. Thank you, Lindsey!
