New Everyone knows how stressful the moving process can be, especially when having to sell a property before buying a new one. We selected Laurie as our Realtor after reading all the positive reviews she received. Needless to say she did not disappoint. She was fantastic and was by our side (figuratively speaking!) through the entire process. We encountered several setbacks along the way, all of which were out of our control, and she maneuvered us through all the ups and downs. Her knowledge and expertise of the buying and selling of real estate is immense. Not only is Laurie an expert in her field, but her husband, Matt, helped us with the home inspections, appraisals, and oversaw the repairs that we needed to our home prior to executing the sales agreement. We are so happy with the way everything turned out. Laurie and Matt are a great team and we highly recommend them for all real estate buying and selling needs.

Arbor Greene Home Sale: Hands down the best realtor we have ever had! Laurie Dykeman and the My Tampa Home Team will not disappoint. She is on top of all aspects of modern realty sales, has a mastery of the latest in technology and a flair for marketing that is hard to beat. The pros she employs in her sales strategy were amazing. From photos, videos, staging options and spruce up professionals everyone was clearly top flight. Plus (big plus) she doesn’t mind working extra on your behalf. When our home inspection revealed a leak from the master bath tub she had a great plumber on call that was out in hours to address and fix the issue. Then, she and her husband Matt personally worked overtime to get the repaired areas back in order and looking good. Since we were 600 miles away this meant the world to us! Laurie was located inside our Arbor Greene neighborhood. As a longtime resident, and active member of the community, we felt like she had the knowledge needed to emphasize the highlights, beauty and value of Arbor Greene to prospective buyers. This turned out to be a big plus for our sale! We have not written any reviews for years but we felt compelled to get the word out to others about our fabulous experience with Laurie and her My Tampa Home Team!

Had a great result and outcome in what could have been a trying experience(to say the least). Laurie was always available, honest in her opinions and knowledgeable in the Wesley Chapel area. Would highly recommend her in the future.

Outstanding! Will never use anyone elee. Helped with 2 properties and I recommend her services to anyone who wants a dedicated but objective approach to find your next home. Laurie was meticulous and constantly collected our immediate and future needs, making sure that the options we reviewed made sense to our particular situation

Let me begin by saying that my father was a realtor. My husband and I purchased our first house in 1995.... then upgraded to a larger house in 2000. We were treated with "kid gloves" and received the best service a father could bestow upon his daughter. In 2018, we decided to take the plunge again. I was nervous as my father had retired and moved out of state and we didn't know any local realtors.... through word of mouth, we found Laurie and Matt at My Tampa Home Team. Wow! Laurie expertly guided us through the contracts and "paperwork" (which is mostly done online now, a big change from 18 years prior), and Matt walked us through both staging our current home to sell and what to look for in the inspection of the new home. Both Laurie and Matt were readily available to answer our questions and allay any concerns we had throughout the process. Purchasing our new home was a breeze (and less stressful than buying my last car LOL) Thank you, My Tampa Home Team, for your expertise and warmth!!
