Let me begin by saying that my father was a realtor. My husband and I purchased our first house in 1995.... then upgraded to a larger house in 2000. We were treated with "kid gloves" and received the best service a father could bestow upon his daughter. In 2018, we decided to take the plunge again. I was nervous as my father had retired and moved out of state and we didn't know any local realtors.... through word of mouth, we found Laurie and Matt at My Tampa Home Team. Wow! Laurie expertly guided us through the contracts and "paperwork" (which is mostly done online now, a big change from 18 years prior), and Matt walked us through both staging our current home to sell and what to look for in the inspection of the new home. Both Laurie and Matt were readily available to answer our questions and allay any concerns we had throughout the process. Purchasing our new home was a breeze (and less stressful than buying my last car LOL) Thank you, My Tampa Home Team, for your expertise and warmth!!

Laurie represents the best of the best! My wife and I built a new home and with the luxury of time on our hands we decided to try the "For Sale By Owner" route. Needless to say we had a slew of realtors contact us once our number was posted trying their best to convince us that FSBO would be a huge hassle so that they could earn a commission on the sellers side. Laurie, on the other hand, connected us with one of her clients and did not try to steer us away from the FSBO route. Obviously we paid a commission on the buyers side, but it was well worth it for the seamless, professional, and expeditious transaction she gave in return. We had a nightmare experience building our home, so it was greatly appreciated that Laurie made selling our former home so painless. Pleasurable experience through and through. If we are ever in need of a realtor Laurie will be the first and only we'll call. Thanks again!

Hands down I cannot express my gratitude to Laurie and Matt for helping with my home buying experience! Laurie and Matt always made themselves available to my inquiries and was always willing to assist even when it wasn't their question to answer. As a first time home buyer without much knowledge of the process, Laurie ensured the process was not only smooth but also knowledgeable. Laurie never hesitated to provide an explanation of the process, and has provided me with a ton of knowledge I did not have previously on the home buying experience. Honestly, whether you are first time buyer, experienced buyer, or looking to sell, Laurie and Matt are the only agents I'd pick and will pick if I wish to move in the future.
