We originally met Lauren at one of her open house events almost two years ago. While we ultimately did not have interest in the house she was presenting, we came away with an incredibly positive impression of Lauren and her team. So much so that when it came time to sell our home, we gave zero consideration to anyone else. We knew Lauren was the best and only choice. Team Zurilla delivered! From setting the initial expectations, clearly communicating details, making staging recommendations, orchestrating photographs, creating beautiful brochures, holding an open house and guiding us through the negotiation with our buyer, we received service that was comprehensive and, frankly, better than could ever have been expected. We listed our home with Lauren Zurilla at probably one of the most challenging periods in real estate in years. Interest rates were on the rise and the election was about to happen. We were out of the property and Lauren had it staged to make it show at its best. It took over 50 showings with particular buyers, but Lauren helped us persevere and get it under contract. When we went under contract, she helped us with acquiring contractors, scheduling them, meeting them, and ensuring the required repair work was completed in time for closing. Lauren knows how to read the market and make adjustments to get a property sold. We highly recommend her if you are preparing to sell, especially in the Mount Pleasant area. Thanks Lauren!!

Over the course of our lives, we have used a lot of real estate agents, but never had one that truly cares about her clients like Lauren Zurilla! She is without a doubt the BEST COMMUNICATOR! When she came to list our property, she spent several hours with us, & gave us way more info than we expected, so helpful! She is informative, kind, but direct, smart & extremely thorough!
