Koko was fantastic to work with throughout the entire home buying process. From looking at houses, to making offers and counter offers, she was always quick to reply to texts and emails. Even after an offer was accepted, she continued to be helpful by scheduling inspections, handling communications with the bank, and staying on top of all the paperwork that goes along with buying a home. I would work with Koko again without hesitation.

Evan is super awesome! I was a first-time homebuyer and didn't really know anything about the homebuying process, but Evan was very patient and helpful throughout. There were a lot of roadblocks along the way and it was for sure a frustrating process, but he was very transparent and straightforward about any progress and setbacks, which I greatly appreciated. He was always very prompt in communication with me and anyone else involved, and I was not left waiting for answers to any questions I had or steps that needed completed. He truly does make a huge effort to help you get the home you want, and I am very happy I got to close on mine. I highly recommend you work with Evan if you are looking to buy a home!

Evan was incredible! As a first time home buyer and seller, he made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. He was very patient and answered all of our questions right away - his responsiveness is unmatched. He really makes you feel like a top priority. We never felt pressured or like he was taking advantage of us in the slightest. He also helped sell our house in under 48 hours! To top everything else off, Evan was great with our 2 year old daughter. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy and/or sell!

Laura was a pleasure to work with to sell the house of an estate. I live out of state and was worried about the complexity of selling a house as part of an estate. She knew the market, the process and was efficient. She helped me prep the house arranging services to get the house ready. Laura partnered with the estate lawyer and overall made the process seamless. I would work with Laura again!
