Evan was incredible! As a first time home buyer and seller, he made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. He was very patient and answered all of our questions right away - his responsiveness is unmatched. He really makes you feel like a top priority. We never felt pressured or like he was taking advantage of us in the slightest. He also helped sell our house in under 48 hours! To top everything else off, Evan was great with our 2 year old daughter. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy and/or sell!

Laura was a pleasure to work with to sell the house of an estate. I live out of state and was worried about the complexity of selling a house as part of an estate. She knew the market, the process and was efficient. She helped me prep the house arranging services to get the house ready. Laura partnered with the estate lawyer and overall made the process seamless. I would work with Laura again!

We started looking for a home on a Sunday and requested a tour on the Zillow website for the following week. Within 1/2 an hour, Evan texted us on a Sunday to respond and start scheduling showings. He was extremely prompt with his responses, worked hard to get us showings the same day we were in North Liberty, and we found a home the same day. I would highly recommend Evan!

Chuck and Laura were a pleasure to work with. We were grateful for their expertise and deep experience with the local market, including their knowledge of different builders and common brands/makes of appliances. Chuck is both personable and a consummate professional: he is responsive, thorough, and patient. We felt confident in trusting his and Laura's recommendations when it came to negotiating our purchase offer. And when it came to selling our old house, they helped us price it appropriately and get good exposure so that it sold quickly.

Full Review: We had a great experience with Chuck and the entire Laura Soride team. We were moving from out of town, and after another realtor delayed us for over a month, Chuck stepped in and arranged multiple home tours for us the very next week. He worked tirelessly to provide detailed information about each house, neighborhood, and community. Once our offer was accepted, Chuck and his team went above and beyond to make the process smooth. They attended the radon testing and inspection on our behalf so we did not have to make multiple trips. The final walkthrough and closing were effortless. Where Chuck truly exceeded expectations was in helping us settle into the community. He gave us excellent recommendations for blinds, fencing, and other home services, as well as personal referrals for a hair salon, veterinarian, mechanic, and more. His guidance made it easy for us to get a great start in our new home.
