As a first time home buyer Laura is everything you could ever ask for in a realtor. She was extremely knowledge about all of our properties and also brought up potential issues and things to think about. We were working on a tight schedule and from out of state and she was extremely accommodating. She has connections to almost every service for a home you could think of and we loved everyone she recommended.

Laura Soride was the PERFECT realtor for us!! We are first-time home buyers and really needed someone we could trust. Laura proved to be incredibly trustworthy, personable, highly knowledgeable (she's been in the area for several years!), and generous. She's an excellent communicator who has the organizational skills we all strive for. She strikes the perfect balance between being professional and personable. We felt that we could trust Laura, and she proved us right! She really listened to our needs..in fact, SHE is the one that found the perfect house for us! We had been feeling pretty discouraged by the market at the time, and on one of our showing days she asked us if we wanted to see just ONE more house. It's now our home! As soon as we walked in, we thought, WOW she really heard us. It wasn't even on the official market yet. Perks of having someone who knows the area! So, whether you're an experienced home-buyer or it's your first time and you feel nervous about the process, Laura will make you feel at ease and guide you through every step.
