I was excited when I heard Wendy had 29 years experience. As a new home buyer I had so many questions. with zero expertise on the matter. Instead of being forthcoming with insights and ideas. I found I had to refer to other hombuyers to know what to ask. As well as to understand what was in my best interest. I did not not feel like i had a good advocate. This is disappointing because commission was received "as standard". However I feel the value was not there for me. That being said. My home will be wonderful and that has everything to do with my determination.

1. Wendy ensured our home buying experience would go smoothly and it did! Prior to house hunting, she prepared us by asking all the right questions and listened to what we wanted. With her attention to detail, she found us the right house in a short amount of time. Wendy assisted, step by step, to close on our home before expected. She was diligent and took responsibility in gathering abstract information which shouldn't be up to the agent to do so but she did on our behalf. 2. All four of my friends, whom I recommended, used Wendy as their agent. All four were extremely happy and one hired her a second time. Wendy understands the market, she's trustworthy, and you know she "has your back" when your interest are at stake. She listens to what a buyer wants and needs in a house. She goes above and beyond to make her clients' home buying experience a real dream come true.

Wendy was very knowledgeable in what properties were available and was very responsive. She took time to listen to our needs/wishes and worked showings into our schedule. She handled all the steps from finding the house, working with other realtors and handling the paperwork, bank items. Wendy was very helpful smile, friendly personality and great work ethic. I highly recommend Wendy as a realtor.

My husband and I are working with Wendy looking for a home to purchase. For our new home we have a certain price range and specifics we're looking for and she's making sure each home we see meets our criteria and doesn't waste our time. Since this is our first home purchase we have a million questions regarding the process, the financials and everything in between. Wendy is knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. We would recommend using Wendy because she makes us feel comfortable and has the experience and connections in the community to make everything go smooth. We can't thank her enough for helping us and getting us close to buying a home we love!
