Laura is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, professional, personable, passionate, responsive, honest and genuine. She always responded to my text messages in a timely manner and always called me when she had important information to share. I have never met anyone who works harder than Laura. It was a pleasure working with Laura and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Buying or selling a home can be a really stressful experience, but having the right realtor makes all the difference. When I sold my house, I had the pleasure of working with Laura Sanders and her team, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. From our very first meeting, Laura impressed me with her professionalism and deep knowledge of the local market. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire selling process, answer all my questions (and I had a lot!), and set realistic expectations. This made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their exceptional communication. I never had to wonder what was happening. Laura and her team provided regular updates, promptly responded to my calls and texts, and always kept me in the loop regarding showings, offers, and negotiations. It felt like I was their only client, even though I knew they were incredibly busy. They also went above and beyond to market my home effectively. The listing photos were beautiful, the description was compelling, and they utilized various channels to attract potential buyers. She is/was my hero. After wasting 60 days with a vastly inferior agent, Laura was a breath of fresh air! After no guidance from the previous 'agent', Laura not only did she give guidance, she rolled up her sleeve and helped us make the property much more presentable. We were able to get about 5-10k more than she thought, which is a credit to her and her negotiating skills. When one makes a 5 year plan, and that plan gets extended for 1.5 years, she was the one who helped get the 5 year plan over the finish line!!!! Thank you, Laura!!!

Laura was amazing from start to finish. She made the whole process of selling and buying a home as easy as possible. She knows her stuff and looks out for your interests every step of the way. Whatever you need help with, she will guide you through and make recommendations.
