Working with shaun was such a pleasure, he responded quickly, very upfront with expectations and always followed up. He was able to negotiate a lower move in cost for me which was a huge help when moving. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he sent me many options then when I was ready to view a property the process was seamless. Would definitely use him again!

Shaun was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t imagine moving without his help! It was my first time finding a place on my own and I was recommended Shaun and it was the best decision I made. He was so kind and responsive, he ensured that he fully knew what I was looking for and sent me so many options I would have never found on my own. He also handled everything so seamless and advocated for me and what I needed while walking me through every step with a smile (even with my endless questions). I couldn’t recommend him enough and I am so grateful I found him and for the way he made my moving experience so great!

I couldn't have had a better home-purchasing experience than going with Shaun. He made every step of the purchase process smooth and communicated each step with transparency. Urgency was at 110% at all times, and he was always just a phone call away with any questions that came to mind. With all the moving parts that have to fall into place for the purchase to go through, Shaun was on top of each step, and was thorough with the explanations. I have referred Shaun to 4 of my employees, and each one of them have had excellent experiences with him for their rentals (and hopefully soon, home purchases). I will always be singing Shaun's praises.
