I can't say enough about how amazing Dean Ehrlich is! I have been working with him for a while trying to find that perfect home. His patience is incredible.I have lost count of the number of houses that Dean showed me, and it took a couple of years for me to find "my" house, but he supported me the entire time and never got frustrated. As a matter of fact, he always seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Real Estate world and made my home purchase stress free. He even negotiated a $27,000 credit for closing. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Coral Springs area.

When we first started looking at putting our home on the market, there were many realtors in the Fort Lauderdale area contacting us to list our home. There is no shortage of realtors in South Florida, that is for sure. But since we were doing this sale from halfway across the country, it was even more important to find a realtor that would do a quality job with the listing and that we could trust. We first learned about Dean from some information he sent us. His examples of listing descriptions and photos were far superior to any others that we saw on the listing sites at the time. Well written and catchy descriptions as well as good quality photos - including drone aerials and virtual staging. Dean was also very responsive from the beginning, always willing to answer questions and/or provide buyer feedback after showings. The home sale process became very stressful as we had multiple buyers that failed to qualify at the last minute due to lenders missing buyer deficiencies earlier in the process. Dean always kept a patient and optimistic attitude throughout the process, even on the most discouraging of days, and continually assured us that the right buyer would come along. He was right and we finally got to cross the finish line of the home sale! If you are looking for a realtor that will provide a quality job with the initial listing, will always be responsive and willing to discuss, is trustworthy, and has the added bonus of years of experience and insight.......Dean is your realtor.

From start to finish Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with!! He was always on top of all the various and numerous issues to be addressed through the process, and was always readily reachable and responsive. Couldn't have asked for more!! Thank you Dean!!!
