Easy to work with. Provides great advice that has already saved me money. Ac went out even after the inspector came out within a week of having the house. However she helped me pick out a good home warranty company and they covered a big portion of the cost. She is also very competitive at making sure you get a good deal on things. Really glad I had someone like her helping me pick my first home.
