LaShanda is the perfect balance between tough and charming. When you're making a big financial, personal and sometimes emotional decision, you want someone who will be a good listener, a strong negotiator and who is respected by her peers. Lashanda meets all expectations. We worked with her two years ago when we were first time homebuyers. I knew I had to go with her again when purchasing our forever home. She had our home on the market and sold within 3 days. Helped us close on both homes on the same day and was there be our side the entire time. I would definitely recommend Lashanda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

LaShanda is an angel sent from real estate heaven! She had us in the home of our dreams in the perfect neighborhood in less than 30 days!! Her intelligence and personality make her an exceptional real estate agent and I will not consider buying or selling property without LaShanda as my agent from now on. Her intense attention to detail, professionalism, and availability made our move easy and really a lot of fun. LaShanda answered the phone whenever I called and reached out to her numerous contacts on the bank side to ensure the loan processing was efficient. Her outstanding knowledge of the market put us at an advantage over our peers in terms of asking and offering prices, as well as negotiating points such as taxes and closing costs. Because of LaShanda, we paid nothing in closing costs and actually got credit during closing that will go towards our first mortgage payment. LaShanda was absolute joy to work with. The relationship she built between us and the sellers was so genuine, not only will the sellers come over for a party (once the pandemic is over) but the seller’s real estate agent will be joining too! The seller’s real estate agent told us LaShanda was a joy to work with and she was always 2 steps ahead of him in the process. If there was any hiccup in the process, LaShanda resolved the issue before we even knew about it. LaShanda is a blessing and always went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. I can’t wait to work with her again in the future. 10/10!

LaShanda is an awesome real estate agent, she made sure all my requests and needs were meet along the entire buying process as well as making sure all other parties were on there A game as well . I have recommended several people to her all have the same glowing opinions on her .

My experience was great. LaShanda made me feel relax with her expertise and knowledge. She guided me through the process with ease. LaShanda is honest, and dependable, she is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend my family and friends to LaShanda. LaShanda sold my house quickly. Within days I had 5 offers to make a decision on.

Hands down the best in the business, it was a real pleasure!!! She will get you into the house that you want. We looked at so many houses and saw sooo much scary stuff. But she loves it and will always give you an honest opinion.
