Larissa Suggs was/is stellar in all areas as far as I’m concerned. I lost both Parents within 2 years of each other and then my Sister and I faced the monumental task of going through their belongings and getting the house ready to sell. Larissa’s understanding and empathy for our task was very much appreciated and let us know the timeline was in our hands and whatever we felt comfortable doing. Larissa and her team could help with connections for Cleaning services from whole house to just Floors, selling unwanted items, giving items to Charity and so on. Help was offered for as little or as much as we wanted. Just knowing all those options and connections were available to us helped so much in getting us started on the process. In addition, for our first meeting she came completely prepared with a Notebook full of helpful information and a very comprehensive list of every house currently in the general area for us to compare and contrast when we were ready to discuss the List price. We put it on the Market on May 1st and the goal was to be “Under Contract” before School started - And we made our Goal! AND we had a VERY successful Sale and Closing of our beloved Parents home! A beautiful young couple bought it and they can’t wait to raise their kids there as they see it as their “Forever Home”! And we couldn’t be happier for how it all worked out! We started out dreading the process of cleaning out and selling the House, but Larissa’s experience and her guidance through the process made it painless. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would ??
