Larissa really made the home buying process smoother for me! Having someone knowledgeable and experienced by your side can make a huge difference in navigating the complexities of purchasing a home. If she managed to find me a home and close the deal within such a short timeframe, it's clear she knows her stuff and is dedicated to helping her clients. It was such a great experience working with her.

It was myself, my wife and my sister in law looking for a new place to live. Our children are all grown with families their selves. So it was time to move out of a home that we lived it for 27 years. Now there is three of us with our own ideas for the perfect house. We meet with Larissa and she asked what we were looking for and she got busy. She was send us houses and we would respond and then set up time to look at the houses. We all work different schedules and we don't have the same days off but we found a good time and she always set up time for that. We looked at several house and three opinions, at first someone or two didn't like something. I always thanked her for her patience for dealing with all of us. She always responded no trouble it is my job to listen and find the best house for everyone. We found our perfect house that we all jumped and said yes to the house. She wrote up the proposal a way that we would make the best offer. She was with us all the way and there all the time to answer any question we had. She guided us though each step. She still sends me text to see how we are doing and if need anything. We now have been in our new home for six months. It was a great experience working with Larissa and the whole team. I thank her all the time for doing everything she did for us.

I was moving from CA to WA and I am so glad I stumbled onto My Puget Sound Homes website. Larissa became my "out-of-state" realtor who I used to help find me a home in WA. Ever since my first contact with her, she put me at ease. I had such a wonderful experience and she was such a wealth of information. She knows the area well and was able to give me good advice to find the perfect home for me and my family. Thanks Larissa!!

Larissa's understanding of the real estate process was second to none. Her concise and clear explanations of each step made it that much more of a rewarding experience. During the process of visiting prospective properties, she explained the pros and cons of each residential area as well as pointed out the subtitles of home owner ship. On closure, she even left a gift box! I will definitely reach out when it's time to property manage, rent or sell.
