It was a pleasure meeting Lane. She helped us to purchase our first home, and the home was our dream home. It was everything we’ve ever wanted. She guided us through the whole process including finding a broker, home inspector, and home insurance as well as many other aspects. She directed us with cleaners, security cameras, and utility resources. She worked very diligently with patience, and was able to give answers to all of our questions with being a first-time home buyer. If you wanna purchase or refinance a house, then Lane Young is the right person to go with.

Lane is incredible to work with. She was prompt, professional, and involved every step of the way in the purchase of our home. She always went the extra mile in assisting us. As first-time home buyers, we were quite unfamiliar with the whole home-buying process—any question Lane couldn't answer, she referred us to other professionals who were immediately helpful to us. We bought a home while living across the country; Lane was prompt on giving us updates, was very flexible on giving virtual tours of properties, and was overall amazing to work with. There was never a moment of frustration. It was important to her that we really got the best house to fit our family, which we really appreciated! If you have the opportunity to work with Lane, do it! Additionally, she has expansive knowledge of the real estate industry and was fair and honest when considering and counseling with us on the offers we made.

Mrs. Lane Young did an excellent job of staying in contact with me throughout the entire process of searching for and buying a house. She is always pleasant to be around and always gives the customer/buyer the attention that is required in any form of communication.
